CHEYENNE CONSTRUCTION GROUP

SAFETY

At Cheyenne Construction Group (CCG), safety is our first priority. We are committed to protecting our team, our trade partners, and everyone on the job site. From leadership down to every employee, safety is deeply embedded in our culture and is part of everything we do. Our superintendents and project managers are all OSHA 30-Hour certified, ensuring they have the knowledge to spot and address potential safety issues. To ensure our projects consistently meet safety standards, we bring in a third-party safety consultant to perform regular job site safety audits. We also hold weekly ‘Tool-Box Talks’, reinforcing our commitment to ongoing safety training and open communication.

Paragraph

SAFETY FIRST, ALWAYS

At CCG, safety isn’t just a priority — it’s part of who we are. We know that every project, big or small, starts with ensuring the safety of our team and the integrity of the job site. That means sticking to OSHA guidelines, doing thorough risk assessments, and keeping safety front and center throughout each phase of work. No exceptions.

Hands-On Training

Safety isn’t something we just talk about—it’s something we live by every day. Our team, whether in-house or subcontractors, receive ongoing training that goes beyond the basics. We ensure everyone is up-to-date on the latest safety standards and offer regular opportunities for learning. By staying engaged with the daily job site activities and adhering to OSHA standards, we make sure every team member has the tools and knowledge to stay safe on the job.

Full Accountability

At CCG, accountability is key to our safety culture. Every person on our team understands that safety isn’t just someone else’s job — it’s everyone’s responsibility! When concerns come up, we address them directly in our "Tool-Box Talks" safety meetings, where we work together to find solutions and reinforce best practices. This hands-on approach ensures we stay safe and on track, delivering the quality results for our clients that CCG is known for.
